Danielle Andisa is the visionary Founder and Chief Calm Officer of The Ma’at Collective, a mindfulness and wellness company committed to helping Black professionals reclaim peace, power, and presence in every area of their lives.
She blends engineering precision with spiritual intuition to offer a grounded, heart-centered approach to mindfulness and healing.
Danielle Andisa is a certified:

She’s also trained in mindfulness-based stress reduction, meditation, neurolinguistic programming (NLP), sound healing, herbalism, and spiritual metaphysics—bringing over 14 years of holistic healing experience to her work.
Her lived experience as a Black woman navigating high-stress, high-performance spaces fuels her mission: to educate people of color on how mindfulness can be used as a tool to navigate life's daily stressors, microaggressions, and systemic challenges.
Danielle Andisa’s work is deeply rooted in ancestral wisdom, yet fully responsive to the realities of today’s workplace. Her trauma-informed approach weaves together meditation, breathwork, energy healing, and conscious coaching to help clients build resilience, reclaim their center, and live in alignment with their truth.
